Pls compare these two 'WISH'-based constructs
Hi,
(1) I wish this movie were less brutal
(2) I wish this movie would be less brutal
Both are correct grammar?
Is it true that (2) is more "emotional" than (1) [ie the speaker sounds angry? irritated, etc.? ]
