Charity Funfair Invitation Letter

Dear Sir/Madam,

We cordially invite you to present the Charity Funfair which is mainly for young people, including children from underprivileged families and vulnerable children to acquire self-esteem by showing their talents. All the money collected will go to the charity for education grants for underprivileged children and food, nutrition and health care support for the needy.

The fair will be held at ** residence from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

The event will include performances by underprivileged children, various stalls and games, and performances by well-known singers and dancer groups. The event schedule is as follow.

4:00pm	Funfair will open with dancer group performance. Audiences can enjoy various shops and games
4:30pm	Performance by children from school for the blind, monastery and nunnery schools, disabled children from Eden Centre and Mary chapman
6:00pm	Giving award to the best performance group
7:00pm	Music show by well-known singers
11:00pm	Funfair closing ceremony with group sing-along
