Pls check the sentence

Pls check my sentence below:

"Attached is the file of the P.I for your rubbish bin order."

- the preposition "of" and "for" are used correctly here?

- the grammar and structure is okay in this whole sentence? if not, pls advise.

- or I can shorten the sentence like "Attached is the P.I for your rubbish bin order." - which one sounds more common and natural?
