Pls check the grammar

Hi,

My manager approved a request and asked me to share the given facility with the JAVA team members, and told me to communicate them it should not be misused, so I want to thank him. Please check the grammar .I would appreciate your help.I feel my email should be professional and polite as well.

“Thank you for your approval. I have received the pass/authenticon/access code (I may use any among three,pls correct the article(the) if necessary) of requested dialling/dial (which one to use) facility. I will communicate the message to our JAVA team members”.
