While the first given chart compares the on-time rate between targeted data and reality, the second one depicts the number of bad feedbacks from passengers.
From the graph, it is noticeable that while the targeted ratio of punctuality rate had a downward trend, the realistic percentage and the percentage of unsatisfied feedbacks varied throughout the given period. Besides, along with the volatility, the ratio of complaints saw an increase almost 2 times than the original data
Looking at the graph in more detail, we can that the goal data remained unchanged at 86% in the first two years. However, not only the real-life percentage of punctuality plunged from 85% down to 83% but also, the number of complaints counted rocketed to 100 per thousand of passenger's journey. In the next two years, while the wanted punctual rate took a dip and then leveled off at 85%, the realistic data rocketed to just under 85% and decreased again to 84%. From 2002 to 2003, the target kept declining down to just over 84%. However, in the contradictory, the actual figure went beyond the estimation and reached the proportion of roughly 85%.
Simultaneously, in the last three years, the ratio of complaints witnessed continuous growth. After declining down to just over 80 per thousand passengers, the figure escalated to 120 and reached the high.
