Topic: As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual wellbeing.

What factors contribute to job satisfation?

How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all worker?

My essay:

Career satisfaction is one of the undelying key of individual wellbeing. Personally, there are many factors to construct a real job satisfaction.

First, employee turnover is a important impact. Their revenue ca decide time work, which they want to do current job. They would exchange their current job for another one with higher salary.

Second, by talking the time to offer feedback and showing sincere signs of appreciation, the work place has more happiness to increase productive activities which are great motivations to contribute to job satisfaction. In Vietnam, most of teachers have long-term job at school. Because they give much love, incentive presents from not only their students but also students's families.

Third, people need love for job. Because people can't find their career, job of choice without the job love. If they do the job which they don't like, they will be depressed, tired. In Vietnam, journalist is not a job which has high salary but many people still love it and do it. Because this is their career, dream. They want to show the life, negative aspects, positive actions for everbody.

Last but not least, career progression is indispensable things. It simpliciter depends on his experience and knowledge. It shows his contributions for working which make people feel proud of yourselves and work harder. For exemple, Girls' Generation is the Kpop girl group legend. All of girls of Girls' Generation have worked as idol in SM entertaiment company. When they debuted in 2007, life was tough and they felt so tired and wanted to give up. By working hard, they have many hit songs, like Gee, Hoot,.. and much reputation, high revenue.

Job satisfaction tend to turnover, appreciation and career progression. Individualism can have another answers. To summarize, people need to work hard, improve their ability which help them to find job satisfaction.
