We are formally writing you regarding our application (names) to have an Advance Parole and Transit Parole.
We will be going to the Philippines for our annual vacation on January 15, 2011 and we will return to Saipan on February 15, 2011. We mailed all the requirements with payment last November 23, 2010 via DHL. Also, we included a two (2) return envelope via DHL.
We are asking your good office and your kind assistance if we could receive our Advance Parole before our departure date.
We are looking forward for your positive response and your kind consideration is highly appreciated. Thank you very much.
