Pls check if my grammar is correct

have done seeing a surgeon a while ago and thank God that it didnt go the way i thought it could be.According to him it is just a benign breast mass a certain fibroadenoma caused by hormonal imbalance which is normal for any women who undergonebreasfeeding.

have done seeing (this is not a standard English verb form) I finished my consultation with a surgeon a while ago and , thank ***, that it didn ' t go the way I thought it could have . (or "the way I feared") According to him , it is just a benign breast mass - a certain fibroadenoma - caused by a hormonal imbalance which is normal for any women who have undergone breas t feeding.
