Dear Naked,

A bit more context would be helpful (i.e., are you takling about a library here?) but these are my suggestions:

Dear JohnParis,

Thank you for your help.

I just want to announce that new books are displayed in the library and members can reserve those new books in the display period and they can take them out after display period. Our library here don't sale books. Members can do borrowing only.

Thanks!

Dear Naked,

That's what I thought, and that's why I asked if you were speaking of a library.

You have a couple of choices for your sentence, and you should choose the one that best fits your clientele.

  1. Books currently on display and can be reserved now and will be available to borrow starting on the 24th of August, 2011
  2. During the current display period
