May I know what's wrong with the highlighted words? It make sense to me.

For short synopsis shall I say:
After falling in love with Vidya, Blade a henchman changes his character and knows that he cannot survive by indulging in criminal activities and so troubles start arising from various corners for Blade.

Also another option for short synopsis:

Blade, a henchman falls in love with a factory owner's daughter, Vidya. When the parents of Vidya come to know of their love, they disapprove their relationship. Will they be together after all?

Look forward to hearing your feedback. Thank you.

Blade, a henchman falls in love

You have put a comma between the subject and verb.
That is grammatically incorrect.

If you are going to set off a phrase in apposition, you need two commas, one before and one after that phrase.

What is the subject of the verb "goes"? Every verb must have a subject.
