Plese help me clear the confusion.

I was trying to fill out the form and at block 8, It exactly says this.

8. PARENT'S PERSONAL EXPENSES

List personal expensed for parent, parent's spouse, and their unmarried married children who are not fully employed and who live in the same household. Do not list personal expenses for the member, his or her immediate family, or any other person. List all of the parent's personal expenses regardless of who is paying for them.

a. Rent _______

b. Food _____

c. Utilities _______

My question is,

Is the whole block basically telling me that I should mention personal expenses of my mother, father and my unemployed unmarried bothers and sisters? Thank you in advance.
