Plenty of time

Hi all!

could you please correct the following sentences and maybe suggest something better?

"please note that we there is not plenty of time, therefore I need your answers asap in order to go on\to proceed\to go ahead ? (which is the correct word to use?)

Is "plenty of time" OK? I wish to say that we have not much time!Could it be possible to say "we have not plenty of time"?

Thanks you

Pamela

plenty of can only be used in affirmative statements, not with a negation. So you can say We have plenty of time. But you cannot say We do not have plenty of time.

:-( it is embarassing, I have written so many times "there is not plenty of time" and I was wrong :-(

I like the expression: "there is not much time left" THANKS!

Regarding "to proceed with" OK. Does it make sense to say "to proceed with the deal" ? I mean to proceed with our business affair

Thanks
