Pleasure v.s. a pleasure

Hi,

From a native speaker's point of view, which version sounds better?

1. It gives me great pleasure to introduce to you Darkwing Duck !!!

2. It gives me a great pleasure to introduce to you Darkwing Duck !!!

3. It's been pleasure frequenting your establishment

4. It's been a pleasure frequenting your establishment

5. We take pride in our product

6. We take a pride in our product

(to me, 2, 4 and 5 are o.k., but I'm having doubts)

Thank you !
