PLEASURE

Is there any difference between saying :

'Its my pleasure to do something for her/to meet you/'.

'Its a pleasure to do something for him/to meet you'.

Its a pleasure/my pleasure she gives me the opportunity to do something for her'.

Does the bold one has a different meaning ?

Please suggest,
