Please,help me with my questions.

Hello!

Please, tell me:

1) Is "valet parking" the same as "parking lot" ?

2) Is there any other way to read the number '204', for e.g., than: two hundred and four/ two hundred four?

3) What's the meaning of the word "do" in "Love Me Do" (title of one of the Beatles' song)?

4) In "He used to play soccer quite often", does the underlined part means "very often"?

5) An old lady came out to the car as soon as it stopped at a restaurant. By the way what's the meaning of "came out to" in such context? Does it mean approached?

Thank you!!!
