2. this fish is overcooked

3. these fishes is overcooked.

i need to know which sentence is grammatical.. Only #1 and #2.

1. these fish are overcooked Sounds like you are looking at three complete fish.

2. this fish is overcooked This is more commonly said.

3. these fishes are is overcooked. The word 'fishes' is not used much.

i have questions about the first sentence...
