I think it means you can make a choice based on your own preferences whether to accept their offer or not. Seems old-fashioned to me.

Hi,

What does" please yourself" mean ?

"You can please yourself as to accept their offer or not."

It means you can decide to accept or not to accept, based on which choice pleases you. It's an idiomatic expression. It's often used by itself, in this way:

A: Do you want me to call you tomorrow?
