There are 125 and 119 users in XYZ India and Bangladesh respectively who are supported by more than 4 dedicated IT staff. But in our case there are more than 100 users altogether (XYZ & ABC) who are supported by single IT staff (myself) only. I believe this work is also justified for my promotion. 02br
