I currently work in customer service from xxxxxx. I am working as an employee E-care services, where I enjoy my work. My activities are mainly written and telephone customer contact, processing customer data, customer advice on our products and services and resolve any problems.

In my current position, customer service, flexibility, problem solving and communication skills are essential. Besides, I can work independently and in a team and I quickly master new activities.

What I liked about your customer service is that people from all over Europe are in contact, and that good and friendly and helped get service. It is a good connection to my current job where customer service is also top of the list.
