Please vacant our room/house

Please vacant the room before Sunday.
You have not paid the monthly rent for the last 6 months and so I don't need you no longer as my tenant. Please vacant my house by Sunday and I will look for another tenant who does pay regularly rent.
I gave hime a week time to vacant the room.

Please correct my sentences and suggest me better versions too. Thanks in advance.

"Vacant" is an adjective. You need the verb, "to vacate."
