Please understand the below mentioned scenario and then correct my sentence

Scenario:
There is an ocassion of Thanksgiving in Muslim culture which is named as EID.In this ocassion the elder ones gives money,which is called EIDI,to the smaller ones.I want EIDI from my office collegues so is it ok to say below mentioned sentence is it grammatical
"I want EIDI from all of you as I am younger in age and smaller in cadre as well"

Other points: There is no need to say "younger in age"; just say "younger". "smaller in cadre" is weird. Do you mean that you are a junior member of staff?

If you're quite sure it's appropriate to say "I want EIDI from all of you" then this is largely OK. The repetition of "all of you" is just a bit noticeable, so to avoid that maybe you could say "I want EIDI from all of you as I am
