Please tell me,do tenses go together?

I don't know if the tenses concur in the following sentences. Could you please tell me how to say them?
Out of curiosity, can you use "concur" like in the above?

1

2
He's annoying me a little too much.

3
If you still are feeling/still feel bad next month on your meds, come see me.
4
We've been here longer than we were in Los Angeles.

Thanks

Hi there. Generally we use the word "agree" instead of "concur" in this context. The major problem I have with sentence #1 is actually the dangling modifier; the sentence indicates that you are worried that your right hand will drop your left hand, when the concern is really that you might drop the basket.
