Please tell me which word to choose in sentences, Need major help

Could you please help me correct these sentences please? Which word would you choose thank you?

1 How are these books are organized/arranged?

2 The handles of/on the mugs must be pointing the same way.

3 I bought the exact amount that we needed/bought exactly the amount we needed.

4 Don't put the hot water on the end (of the table), put it between the milk and orange juice.

5 If he came, it's to talk to you./if he came, he came to talk to you.

6 How hard is it/must it be to see someone die before your eyes and not be able to do anything. It makes you realise that you should make the most of life.

7 I can't gaurantee that the coffee is good/will be good.

8 Whatever means something to you means something to me./If it means something to you it means something to me.

9 She's tried every site there has ever been./site there is.

10 How much money do you own on/of the car? (how to say this?)
