PLEASE tell me what's wrong with corrections of sentences

Could you be so kind as to help me with correcting this
  • I got there around the same time as him/at the same time as him. Both
  • She's unlucky/What luck that she was born into such a disgraceful family.
  • Which side of the train do we get off of/from/on. /Do we get off the right or left side door.
  • She likes to try (out) different jobs. out is optional
  • The view has to be amazing (from) up there. leave in FROM
  • What is the world coming to... (how could you end this sentence?) when
  • The 2 monuments are in close proximity/range/distance to each other.
  • They won't let you in (in) these shoes. leave IN
  • He likes daydreaming about being so rich that he doesn't/wouldn't know what to do with the money. wouldn't
  • They were dating in secret/in private/secretly. ALL
  • I ask you not to spend more than 100 dollars, even less/let alone 200 dollars. both
  • Would there be a difference/make a difference if there was a TV in here or not.
