Please tell me the differences in nuance between these expressions.

It is very difficult to speak English.
Speaking English is very difficult.
To speak English is very difficult.


I'm taking a writing course and they say there are differences. I know basic meaning is same, but maybe one or two of them you wouldn't chosse in a certain scene. Or I think one or two of them are not natural expression.
