Please tell me if you leave out the brackets please

Could you tell me if you need the words in the brackets and if the sentences are correct?

- If that's the only excuse (you've found) not to move in with me then...

- If you work here, you'll double your pay./they'll pay you double.

- I had the most (amount of) chips left.

- Sometimes I by mistake pull (the plug) of the charger and my phone doesn't recharge fully.

- She doesn't have (that) much longer.
