PLEASE TELL ME IF THESE 4 SENTENCE MAKE SENSE?

Could you please tell me if these sentences make sense and if they are grammatical?

1 What could he do for you to forgive him.
2 With these nicotine patches, you are 5 times more likely to stop through willpower alone.
3 If they said it would be here at 3pm then it'll be here at 3 pm.
4 I've got nothing to say about him. He's perfect.

Thank you

2 You must eliminate either the patches or the word 'alone'. If you use nicotine patches or anything else, then you are not using willpower alone.

3 If they said it would be here at 3pm then it'll be here at 3 pm.

4 I've got nothing to say about him. He's perfect. Is this correct?-- Yes
