I am always confused in usage of DOWN UNDER.

In dictionary it has diffrent meaning.

so, what does it mean

" Peter looks to rise down under" ?

one dictionary suggested DOWN UNDER means : Australia or Newziland.

and what I wrote is a hedline of a newspaper.

I am confused in usage of that .
