Please, teach me

Is it correct sentence,
#1. It doesn't matter.

If not, so what should it be?
If this one is correct, so how? As far as I know, here, "doesn't" is an auxiliary which we use in/at 'present indefinite tense'.
That means, Sub: + verb + object. But in/at the above sentence, there is no 'verb'. I think, It might be "It isn't matter".

Please remove my confusions and correct my statements.
