Hi!

Does this sentence look okay to you? Any mistakes?

I, Jane Smith, hereby certify that I do not mind that my son, Johnny Smith, born on January 6, 2001 in Amsterdam, before reaching the age of majority travels outside the Kingdom of the Netherlands and returns to the Kingdom of the Netherlands without my company.

Plese note that I am not seeking for a legal advice. This is a part of permission for my child's teacher Emotion: smile
