Grammar

Please take a look at my question.

I know that all languages in the world have logical and illogical parts so I do not blame anything and anyone. But I just would like to hear your opinions about how logical or illogical English is and where they are from great teachers and anyone interested in English and why the statue of English is getting to grow over time if you are not busy and do not mind.
