Please someone do-something

Well, i believe there must be some difference. but I need a clear explanation.
What's the difference between these two sentence?

1. Andy, please prepare the food for everyone.
2. Please, Andy prepare the food for everyone.
(Please Andy please the food for everyone.)

I feel the the 2nd way is quite full of negative feeling, but someone says both are equal. Is this correct?

eg talking to a child, one might say (for the first time), "John, it's nearly tea-time, can you pick up all your toys please."
Child continues to play.
