I am really sorry this happen to you again. I had problem faxing things to the bank . Despite I have the positive fax confirmation they claim that never received standing order from us .
After long argument, I had to read your and Simon standing order's detail on the phone .I do not know my mistake or their misunderstanding they put your bank details to Simon account too.
Please Could you return the payment to us and your standing order will be clear on the 06/12/2011
