02. Why do you say OR Why are you saying like that?

03. At what time OR What time you will be there?

04. Who am I OR Who I am to influence you!

05. The project should be completed OR The project should complete by girls.

06. If she calls you again you just answer the phone.

In 05th sentence why it is wrong if we wrote it as 'The project should complete by girls' ?

Here, shouldn't we use a question mark (?) instead of an exclamatory mark (!), since the sentence is in question/interrogative form? Could we use either?

Don't we have to invert the position of the subject (you) and the auxiliary "will" here? Or Is this format/structure of asking questions to somebody acceptable as well?

Because the active voice is wrong there. We complete projects, they do not complete themselves.
