One more thing.

Could you explain the difference between "get some rest" and "take some rest"?

'Get some rest' is the phrase that is used. 'Take some rest' has almost the same meaning, but is almost never used by native English speakers.

You use 'take a rest' when you mean 'rest' as a 'break' or 'inactive period', but not when referring to sleep or relaxation.

Rest has a few meanings. One is a to take a break (from something), and one is to relax. The meaning in your passage is relaxation.
ljswaveI shouldn't use " get(receive) sleep ", am I right?
You should not use take. You should use "get" or "have".
