Please say the difference between these two sentences:

1- What are you doing over there? Come down right now. (or: What are you doing there? Come down right now.)
2- In about 7 o'clock, we'd be over there. (or: In about 7 o'clock, we'd be there
3- Your coat is over here. I'd give it when you get back. (or: Your coat is here. I'd give it when you get back.

Please explain difference between "here/there" and "over here/ over there"
