Thanks for your reply. Yes, I do see your point now. It does fail to explain that. But whenever we approach a company with our brochure that contains this para as introduction, it is known to the, that it is wrt a college festival. Also, the subject of our mail says that.

I realize it's probably too late for you to change the name of the festival, but you've made a sort of embarrassing mistake, I think. I assume that you mean ?vision to be sort of a pun on "envision".
