The following is a supporting paragraph in an essay "Why do people attend college". I think the last sentence is not coherent with the topic. If omitting it, i think the passage will be too short. How to do? Thank you!
Next, more education means more money. According to the US Census Bureau, a person who attends college generally earns more than a person who does not. For example, in 1997, a person with a college degree from a four-year college earned approximately $18,000 more in that year than a person who did not go to college. Someone with a two-year associate’s degree also tends to earn more than a high school graduate. In addition, people attending college are more likely to get promotion and other benefits from their employers.
