Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to inform you that I don’t want to renew my Iqama and I want to go home for final exit. It is sad to say that I cannot work here until December 2011 because my Canadian Visa will be release earlier than that month. My Canadian Visa will expire if I will stay here longer and I will missed the opportunity to work in Canada.

I apologize for changing my decision of what we have agreed before.

I am willing to extend my stay in Specialized Polyclinic Complex until July 2011 but if you don’t agree I will only stay until my Iqama expired.

Hoping for your kind consideration.

Thank you very much and more power.

Respectfully yours,

Norielen D. Zuyco
