You work for an international company, and would like to spend six months working in its head office in another country.
Write a letter to your manager. In your letter:
Dear Mr.Jackson
Today, I write this letter to you because I’d like to ask you for allowing me working at our head office in Madrid, Spain for six months. Indeed, I have wished one day I could work at an office in Spain because I love this nation, from culture, people, food to language, I love all of them. That is shown by I’ve learnt Spanish for more than four years, and now my skills in Spanish are quite good. As a result, after I was heard that our head office is in Spain, I was so very eager that I couldn’t wait to write this letter for you, and I think there will be no many difficulties if I have the attempt as I arrive to Spain
If you allow me to work at the head office, I’ll promise that my missions as well as projects of company would be finished as soon as possible, even while I’m away. As I tell you, my Spanish is good, so when I arrive to Madrid, I’ll study harder to make a progress in Spanish. Thus, you won’t be disappointed at me. In addition, I think I should take a DELE exam, which is a test to rate Spanish level of Cervantes Institution before I have the task in Madrid, so I can demonstrate to the manager at the head office that my language skills are not bad!
In the end, I hope you can make an arrangement for me so that I can join in the Spanish community to discover more keen things in there.
I’m waiting for your response
Faithfully
Martin
