You recently organised an all-day meeting for your company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch.

Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter:

+ Say what the participants liked about the hotel

+ Explain why they were unhappy about the food

+Suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in future

Dear Madam

I'm Martin, who is a customer of your hotel (PANDA HOTEL). I organized an all-day meeting in recent days, and my participants really love this hotel because they were impressed by the taste in every corner. Especially, unlike other hotels, which get the modern or royal style to decorate for their hotel, your hotel has chosen a style that make everybody can close to nature. Although PANDA HOTEL does not have shimmering, splendid lights at the hall or luxury rooms, it has got furniture and items relate to nature so that it can create accents. For example, all your bedrooms have lots of flowers and trees, and most of them look out the beautiful garden as well as most of furniture in the bedrooms are wooden. My participants get a peaceful, enjoyable feeling when they have break time in here, and they do not feel bored and tired during a long day.

Nonetheless, there is an drawback I want to tell you so that you will have experiences for the next time. The participants dislike the food, which was served for lunch. Your cooking department cooked a lot of seafood for them, but vegetables and meat are just a few. In addition, most of dessert are sweet things. As a result, after eating, they told me that they had a stomachache, a flatulence, so they feel difficult in order to concentrate on meeting.

Eventually, I want to suggest your cooking department of hotel to adjust the menu for lunch, you should reduce the amount of seafood, and increase more healthy food such as vegetables and meat (but I want the meat are less than vegetables). Besides that, the dessert should be changed from sweet things to yogurt because I think it's good for their tummy.
