In most successful organisations, some people believe that communications between managers and workers is important, other people said that other factors are more important. What is your opinion?

People have different views about contributors to the prosperity of companies. In my opinion, not only interactions between employees and employers are essential but other factors also play a pivotal role in the corporations' success.

On the one hand, communications between workers and managers have a positive impact on the development of a company. If there are issues within the organisation, there should be a coordinated effort of communicating between employees and employers to find solutions. In other words, instead of staff working on their own, a collaboration between them and their boss will save more time to address the problems. Therefore, their conversations can provide the company with outstanding achievements and help it operate quickly and productively.

On the other hand, the cooperation among employees and the recruitment of human resources are needed to be taken seriously to ensure the success of companies. First, if arguments are prevented and the workers have the opportunity to work in a friendly working environment, they will work more effectively. It is the support from other counterparts can help people develop themselves more easily and put more effort into work rather than being distracted by the negative actions from other employees. Additionally, when companies interview applicants for each position, they need to take both experience and characteristics into consideration as the basis to choose the most talented people. As such, the companies will manage to accomplish their goals by having professional employees.

In conclusion, I believe communications between the managers and the employees, collaboration among workers and qualities of employees are all significant factors to help the companies thrive in the long run.
