Please review paragraph for grammatical errors
I am trying to write a nice letter to an agency to tell them that I am not going to register with them. I responded to a job they advertised and their staff called and we spoke. Could you please proofread my letter for errors. Thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to speak with me on Tuesday afternoon. I am writing to inform you that I will not be calling your office to book an appointment to come in for the test and interview. I have already registered with three personnel agencies with respect to my job search. After some consideration, I have decided not to register with your agency as I see that there is always an overlapping of job referrals from agencies. At this time, I think registering with three agencies is sufficient for my job search. Thank you for your understanding.
