We can get knowledge from the news, but some people think we cannot trust the journalist.
What do you think? What qualities do you think a successful journalist should have?

To keep abreast of the 21^st century, people often read the news on newspaper or other kinds of social applications such as Facebook or Twitter. However, it is pivotal to choose our news because not all of which is reliable. A piece of trustworthy information needs to come from a good journalist. Therefore, it requires a variety of factors to become a dependable journalist.

To begin with, it is true that most of the news we read online or in the newspaper is true, have been verified. Nevertheless, there is still a great deal of news coming from an anonymous source that contains wrong information which misleads the readers. This information is often exaggerated by the journalist to attract viewers or to influence readers’perception of the topic. Therefore, we cannot put our faith in a random journalist but have to choose the information source carefully by keeping a cool head.

Readers are now being bombarded with false news. However, there are still journalists that only write the truth. A genuine writer has to be brave enough to stand up for the truth, not to follow the erroneous demand from his or her superior. Also, in order to succeed in becoming a journalist, honesty is demanded. Some writers tend to change the title with a shocking sentence to grab some attention. Finally, objective observation is a must-have for successful journalists; they have to look at the story from both sides and make one final correct story.

In conclusion, we cannot believe in the journalist too easy, especially anonymous writer. Only news by trustworthy journalist should we read.
