In many places, new homes are needed, but the only space available for building them is in the countryside. Some people believe it is more important to protect the countryside and not build new homes there.
What is your opinion about this?
In a lot of areas, the rate for homes which are needed are increasing. However, there are merely spaces available for constructing those houses in the countryside. While at the same time, to some extent, individuals said that it was more important to conserve those areas, and they are not able to build new homes there. Personally, I disagree with this opinion because I believe that there is a few factors affect to this problem.
On the one hand, the population in numerous of nations is going up. Consequently, if we don't change our idea and still do not allow the investors in order to build new houses in the countryside, they will not have the way for arranging the houses in the cities following a premier way on account of there are too many people. As a result, while the country is too neglected and has lots of empty areas, the cities are full of people which create the traffic jam, or even the polluted environment by vehicles. For those reasons, we should allow the investors so that they can distribute steadily the homes rate in that country. Besides that, we can still protect the nature and the environment via maintaining trees as well as pastoral scenery and do not change too much its inherent peaceful scenery, or the government must have regulations for the number of vehicles in the countryside so that we will decline the pollution in the air such as using electrical ears, or limiting the hours of commuters can travel.
On the other hand, if the government does not obey the things that I said before, it can be dangerous for the countryside. When the authorities does not control tightly about constructing the buildings, and new houses of investors, they will demolish the pastoral scenery via cut the trees too much as well as the peaceful scenery, and the clear atmosphere will be disappeared if the administration has neither regulations nor controlling, and limiting about vehicles. The countryside will be urban.
In the summary, for the reasons mentioned above, I believe that building new houses in the countryside are not a bad thing, but both the government, and the investors have to have the suitable, true policies in order to still maintain and preserve the pastoral environment as well as its inherent peaceful scenery.
