Today more and more tourists are visiting places where conditions are difficult, such as the Sahara desert or the Antarctica

What are the benefits and disadvantages for tourists who visit such places?

Nowadays when the society and life quality of people in the world are making better and progress. Especially for developed countries, when the life of citizen is fit with all good policies as well as the high salary, they are able to pay for everything that they want like holidays or traveling. As a result, many individuals are ready to pay for their holidays in destinations which obtain difficult conditions. Why do they choose those and not choose safe places? While why it might be beneficial to travel in difficult places, but also for drawbacks in such harsh places.

On the one hand, travelling in destinations such as Sahara desert or Antarctica can be enjoyable for people who are brave and usually like to find and discover new things on account of difficult conditions tend to have a little/ bit tourists, maybe due to the weather, temperature, or the environment makes some places to be neglected. This might lead to people who want to prove themselves for everyone that they can survive and travel in places like that. For instance, it is common knowledge that there is two Australian explorers conquered the top of Everest of Himalaya Hills but no one has conquered it before. Therefore, they have been well-known of their achievement.

On the other hand, whether all people can survive and conquer in harsh environments. Living and activities in difficult conditions will affect to person's health very much. If explorers want to explore Sahara desert, they will face with the temperature which is too hot (over fifty Celsius degrees) , the climate is usually baking sun rather than the normal of heat. Consequently, they will lose lots of water in their bodies, but sadly, the desert does not have water like lakes, rivers, or even a little pond. In contrast, when they go to Antarctica continent will make them decrease their blood- heat. In addition, when people travel to place like Amazon, they may face with dangerous animals from snakes, poisoned spiders and frogs to Piranha fishes, which is a fish eats meat, and lots of other perilous animals. Many people lost their lives, or were in risky condition of their health because of the dream of conquering harsh places following the figure I checked in the last two days on the Internet.

In conclusion, I would argue that the disadvantages of voyages to difficult destinations outweigh the advantages because you must have all knowledge for surviving, or losing your lives in such those risky places maybe comes true.
