Government should make laws about people’s nutrition and food choice. Other argue that is their choice. Discuss both of you and give your opinion.

It is a universal truth that nutrition has been a tremendous importance to humans’ health. Therefore, there is a prevailing notion that the disciplines to control dwellers’ nutrition and food selection should be enforced by the government, while some people want to choose what ever they want to eat. From my perspective, I completely advocate the former method.

On the one hand, it is understandable why laws about food and nutrition should be made. The key rationale is that the method will probably bring numerous benefits for citizens’ health in the long term . As a matter of fact, a number of diseases result from imbalance nutrition such as obesity and heart issues has been widespread in the society. Hence, limiting junk food and restricting alcohol consumed are really essential. As a result. people will no longer have to face unwanted a diseases, become more durable and flexible and may be prolong their longevity. Another positive consequence is decreasing burdens for the government. Lesser expedition and works on nutritious problems assist doctors and scientists to devote more time and energy to find the treatment for other jeopardize sicknesses.

However, opponents of this view aspire to have their own choice stopped selecting favorable food and eating every time of course are more comfortable. But if individuals consume food uncontrollable and do not acquire enough nutrition, it will impose a heavy pressure on their health and also their family. Thus. following the government constructions may be the most effective way to protect and improve our health. Besides, people still be able to consume what they prefer as well as having fully awareness of when to stop.

In conclusion, I am on the opinion that some laws should be enforced for both government and citizens advantages. More sensible disciplines will probably convince more people to obey.
