1. Please share with us your career aspiration. What is your career goal in next 3 years and how will you achieve it?

In the fast-paced world of today, marketing is changing every day with every new digital tool. I love staying up to date with marketing tools and trying out new concepts and techniques. I find that highly fulfilling, especially when it is my own work and achievements.

Previously I tried various options before I figured out my career path and my passion. Currently, I am doing an internship in digital marketing in the retail field using an e-commerce platform. I understand what works, and I am honing my skills every day and gaining valuable experience through improving my knowledge about growth hacking. I know what I want to do and what my next stage in my career should be on the way to be a growth hacker at a multinational company or a tech startup.

Looking at people that I admire who are higher in my career and study them, ask them what they did. Read more case study successful of growth hacking like Uber, AirBnb, Dropbox and learn new techniques then excute them. I believe that hard work never killed a man.

1. Through your understanding about Coca-Cola Vietnam, what are your initiatives to contribute to Coca-Cola Vietnam's success?

Based on my understanding about Coca-Cola Vietnam and my background basically in Ecommerce and some NGOs that I had a chance to work with them. For now, some initiatives that I think will contribute to growth and sustainable development to Coca-Cola Vietnam's success.

Firstly, I think that all FMCG should focus more on E-commerce field, and Coke is also too. in a digital world of today, using an digital platform with techniques will make more productivity in work. E-Route-to-Market in a marketing life cycle process is an initiative.

Secondly, co-operate with NGOs partner and agritech startup to open more various project. Beside that like food and griculture in Mekong region to build sustainable development through presever environment with use of natural resources. Cause at Coke I see so many social projects that affect in a positive way to community and I want to be a part of Coke. To convert my passion into action. To make a difference in my ability to contribute to Coke’s success

1. How are your leadership skills shaped in other people's minds?

For me, the definition of leadership is inspiration. Have an idea and encourage people do it together. That is leadership

Through social activies that I did. In every project, I am always bring every positive effect in another ways to some comunities at least even it is a big or small impact. I inspired them join with me to make a better social, protecting the evironment or even a successful event. I called them, talked to them and shared story of my own experiences or connected each other. And I then worked with them, interaction to lead good results. A successful event, a meaningful project and other activies that inspiring to youth.
