Please review my writing

The two maps indicate how the university campus was modified from 2010 to the present day.

In general, it can be said that the university campus underwent significant changes in almost every area.

Throughout the period, the shops, as well as the university offices, now are included in the student facilities, which replaced the student accommodation. This student housing area was moved to the east of the map and a new road was constructed there. In the middle of the maps, even though the lake was kept, the lawn & seating area was no longer a part of it. To the left side of the lake, the teaching block was renovated into the Arts building while the restaurant opposite the lake was demolished.

On the other side of the road, the other student accommodation was expanded with another multi-story building. Next to which were the university offices that were bulldozed to make room for the science building.
