People have differing views with regard to the question of wherther studying abroad is goof for students or not. While I tend to towards the viewpoint that students face multiple difficulties when going overseas for university study like inevitable encounters and studying in a different culture.
On the one hand, it can’t be denied that students have to deal with many issues which derive from the differences among cultures. Most students can face culture shock. It includes the shock of a new environment, the way people dress, speak and behave. It also includes the shock of being separated from familiar things or important people in your life maybe family, friends. It can take students a long time to get used to it at first. What’s more, as you have to meet many people from a wide range of cultures, sometimes encounters can occur due to the differently traditional thoughts. To use a common example of this practice, a fight may break out if you break spaghetti into pieces in front of an Italian.
On the other hand, there are clear arguments supporting studying abroad since there are several advantages of studying overseas. Obviously, going overseas for study make you become more independent and also improve your social skills especially problem-solving. Moreover, you will have more opportunities to make friends with people from all over the world or build bridges with potential costumers for your future jobs or your own business. Last but not least, studying abroad inevitably improve your knowledge by helping you watch the world and opening your view . You can learn from brand new cultures and gain amazing experiences by working and studying here cause each environment has its rules which you have to work hard to get up with.
In conclusion, it seems to me that studying abroad is an exciting and worthy way as its potential effect on our future.
